the staff were very attentive. i found the food delicious with varied options. the walking access onto the beach was really great. the reception staff were friendly, though parking was expensive!

The pool area featured walking access to the beach and also a pool bar, it was beautifully designed and well maintained. the hotel includes multiple restaurants with superb food quality. Akira back offers a great set menu.

Fantastic experience. Resort feel
resort feelvast poolpristine beachamazing staff
the hotel presents a proper resort feel. A vast pool area leads to a pristine beach. i found easy access to palm west beach with a short uber ride. i found the team at the pool amazing. i appreciated the conversations with brian and charles. They sent me off with a parting drink.
the bathroom lighting was not bright enough. my wife found applying her make up tricky.

The hotel features a large reception area. It offers a lively wet deck pool as well as quieter pools. the hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions. taxis were readily available.

valet parkingparking fee
the valet parking insisted on parking my car despite me asking to self-park. management was more concerned with charging me a fee to park under the shade. there was no viable option for me to park my own car without paying a fee so i left
